Zero Hunger Water

California Transparency in Supply Chains Act

Last updated June 2026

This statement is made pursuant to the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (SB 657). Zero Hunger Water is committed to conducting business ethically and to working only with partners who share our values. We do not tolerate slavery, forced labor, or human trafficking in any part of our operations or supply chain.

Verification

We evaluate the suppliers and manufacturing partners who produce Zero Hunger Water to assess and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. As we scale, we are formalizing a supplier risk-assessment process for our ingredient and packaging sourcing.

Supplier audits

We expect our partners to comply with all applicable labor laws. We are building toward periodic reviews of key suppliers to confirm compliance with our standards on labor and ethical sourcing.

Certification

We ask direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into our products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they do business.

Internal accountability

Employees and contractors who fail to meet our standards for ethical sourcing and human rights are subject to corrective action. We maintain internal accountability standards for anyone who falls short of these commitments.

Training

As our team grows, we are providing guidance to those responsible for supply-chain management so they can identify and mitigate risks of human trafficking and slavery, particularly within sourcing.
